John is the Founder and Principal Partner of Clausen & Associates with 25+ years experience,
from participation in the global reorganization of
Canada’s largest farm machinery company to refinancing the turnaround of a Canadian publicly
traded education business.
Leveraging the business acumen gained after a successful career working with companies such as
Massey Ferguson, Varity Corp., Barclay’s Bank,
Zenon Environmental and CDI Education, John now imparts his knowledge to organizations in need of
business tactics to assist them in sustaining their
businesses and prospering through difficult economic times.
Glen is a frequent speaker on the topic of EnterpriseRisk Management. With a 20+ year career in commercial lending and adjudication, Glen�s
professional expertise and experience is primarily in the credit risk management area.
His entrepreneurial mind set has led Glen to open several successful businesses, including two retail
franchises and his own financial management
consulting firm. Current assignments include raising capital for several new venture start-ups.
Doug provides leadership and tactical development for Clausen & Associates Talent Management
practice.
Doug’s career incorporates a number of executive positions in Human Resources including providing
restructuring support to one of Canada’s largest
telecommunications companies, as well as, career transition and outplacement suport to affected
employees.
Nazeli’s background encompasses both public and private sector roles that include Investor Relations
(IR) and Public Relations (PR) experience within
Private Sector, European Economic Commission and Canada’s Bone Marrow Program.
Nazeli’s efforts at a Canadian publically traded company received recognition via nominations and
awards by the Canadian Investor Relations Institute
(CIRI).
