Glen Norton MBA, CMA

Glen is a frequent speaker on the topic of Enterprise Risk Management. In his capacity as VP and Senior Risk Officer at one of Canada's  largest credit unions, he was accountable for introducing and facilitating the adoption of enterprise-wide risk management policies. Glen's professional expertise and experience is primarily in the credit risk management area, with a 20 plus year career in commercial lending and adjudication.  His entrepreneurial mind set led him to open several successful businesses, including two retail franchises and his own financial management consulting firm. Current assignments include raising capital for several new venture start-ups.

Glen's academic credentials include an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and certification as a CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
